Payment
The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit and Debit cards as listed on the Home Page using the website normal checkout procedure. The same for Payal, Bank Transfer, Cheque and Postal Orders.
NOCHEX using the link button on the Home Page (you may need to add the postage to the total amount).
If you use an online means of payment your item will usually be posted the day after it clears. If paying by Bank Transfer or Cheque please allow 5-7 days for the payment to clear. Cheques should be made payable to Dave's Emporium.
If your preferred method of payment is not listed, please let us know, we may be able to accommodate you.
Should the item be cheaper in our shops on eBay or Amazon - WE ARE HAPPY TO PRICE MATCH.
Postage & Packing
Postage prices are calculated by weight, so the more items you buy the cheaper it will work out. There is also a small packing charge, per parcel. We always use new packing materials and jiffy bags and we always email to say when your items have been posted. Overseas items are sent via a trackable means for your security.
Refunds
Faulty items are rare due to the nature of the products, however, should you receive a faulty item you may return it for replacement or refund. This does not cover items that have incurred damage through misuse.
Customers may also return, at their own cost, items within 7 days from purchase, providing the item is unused and in as-new-condition.
