The Powerball range is an extremely flexible exercise tool with which to build huge power in the arms, wrists and fingers.

Its unique functionality makes it of particular benefit to enthusiasts of many different types of sport such as Golf, Tennis, Baseball, Boxing, Mountain Biking, Fencing, Climbing, Cycling, Martial Arts, Archery, Moto Cross, Shooting, Badminton, Hockey and all other activities demanding increased power in the arms, hands and wrists.

Using it for just 5 minutes each day will guarantee additional distance in the golf drive, greater power in the tennis serve and serious wallop in your cricket game, to detail just a few of its advantages to sport.

Powerball generates resistance which is directly in proportion to the effort expended by the user' Which means that when used at lower speeds, it is also a very effective tool with which to help sooth and recuperate sore or damaged limbs, or help reduce the inflammation caused by Arthritis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, RSI or Tendonitis. Powerball is totally non-impact.

Types of Powerballs

Pro Powerballs

!

Pro Powerballs have an LED RPM counter attached to the top which counts the number of spins, fastest speed acheived and so on.  Great for measuring progress or competitions. The 250Hz versions come in blue and amber.

Neon Powerballs

!

Neon Powerballs have flashing LEDs which glow when the powerball is spun.  Neon Powerballs come in a variety of colours: Blue, Red, Green and White.

They also come with counters - Neon Pro, or without Neon Regular.

Regular Powerballs

!

Regular Powerballs do not have a counter, but counters can be fitted later.  The plastic cap pops off and the LED counter can easily be clipped on.  Still a great workout for your arms and wrists, and less painful on the pocket.  Again the basic 250Hz versions come in blue and amber.

Techno Powerballs

!
Techno Powerballs don't have a traditional counter as the score is displayed via LEDs on the rotor.  Reading the score on these can be a little difficult to master.

Screamer Powerballs

!

Screamers are 250Hz Pro powerballs that have slots cut into the rotor which are designed to give off a lot of noise whilst spinning.  You have been warned! Comes in blue and amber.

Metal Powerballs

Metal Powerballs are much heavier and denser.  Rated to 350Hz, they will give a much harder workout. Comes with an LED counter, spares pack and a very nice magnetic display case.

Which Powerball is Right For Me

!

Well, it depends on what you want.

The basic 250Hz regular version will give as good a workout to your arms and wrists as any of the others (except the metal).  It's also fine for rehabilitation exercises, and will probably suit people with smaller hands, as there is no counter on the top.

It you want to know how fast you can spin your powerball, then you will need a Pro version.

Fancy some flashing lights as well, the Neon version is what you need.

Want to make some noise, go for the Screamer.

Already got arms like Garth? Perhaps the awesome 350Hz Metal is for you.

For out and out speed, the 250Hz Pro is rated as the fastest, as the Neons take some of the rotational energy out to power the LEDs.
